Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@lumazine.com. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in California.

Repeat Infringers
Lumazine reserves the right to terminate access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
